  • going to the movie for a crisp coke and a buttery popcorn to watch a good movie
  • trying and failing (because it’s a part of the process :))

OUT:

  • fear 🙅🏽‍♀️
  • speaking negative thoughts aloud
  • proving myself
  • letting the world harden our capacity to forgive
  • one-sided friendships
  • doom scrolling at night and in the morning
  • Instagram… still
  • making a safe space for people to speak negatively
  • those dining hall cookies that always make me feel like 💩 afterwards (they’re so good though)
  • gluten, honestly
  • being mean to my brother 😫😖😔
  • ugly outfits
  • staying up past midnight
  • being quick to anger with my family
  • waiting for someone to do something with me
  • anything that’s not bringing me closer to God 🤷🏽‍♀️
  • overspending/impulse purchases
  • overconsumption
  • people who make you, or anyone else, feel silly/stupid/dumb
  • dirty hair
  • being stinky
  • waiting too long to do laundry
  • being unintentional
  • letting time pass us by
  • letting other people’s opinions stop us
  • wallowing
